Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our products are consumable food and beverage items — roasted-to-order coffee and artisan tea — all sales are final once an order has been placed and fulfilled. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Replacements are shipped at no additional charge and we do not require you to return the original item.

What Is Not Covered

  • Personal taste preference (e.g. the flavor or roast level is not to your liking)
  • Incorrect grind size selected at checkout
  • Orders where the incorrect product was selected by the customer
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Grind Size Our coffees are ground to order. Because grinding is part of the fulfillment process, we are unable to regrind or exchange orders due to an incorrect grind size selection. Please double-check your grind preference before placing your order.
