The single origin coffee line-up is truly impressive. I've had Bali Blue and it is easily the best medium-dark roasted coffee I've had in a long time. I knew it was genuine craft coffee the moment I opened the bag.

I'm looking forward to trying more of Willow Creek Coffee Company's options from this line-up. If they are anything like the quality of Bali Blue, I'm excited to try it!

Thank you so much — this genuinely made our day! Bali Blue is one of our favorites too; there's something about that natural processing from the Kintamani Highlands that gives it that unmistakable depth. We're so glad it came through from the first open of the bag — that's exactly the experience we craft for. We can't wait for you to explore the rest of the single origin lineup. Each one has its own story to tell. Welcome to the Willow Creek family!

Satisfying Sipper

I really enjoyed full body and depth of this coffee. I tried this as a pour over and french press and both ways bring out the flavor profile in a robust way.

This is my fourth time ordering this coffee

This is my fourth time ordering this coffee. I've said it before and I will say it again, if everyone started the day with a cup of Bali Blue, the world would be a different place. I might actually subscribe for this one!

This is exactly how everyday should start!

This is exactly how everyday should start! This coffee has the bold flavor that you would expect from a medium roast but with delicate hints of chocolate and citrus and a delicate sweetness. I prefer my coffee black and this one has never disappointed me. This one is my all time favorite so far.

— Elizabeth, Founder & Chief Taster | My Personal Favorite. I Order This One by the Pound.

I don't say this lightly — Bali Blue is magical.

Bold and full-bodied with dark chocolate and molasses depth, and yet somehow impossibly smooth. No harsh edges, no bitter finish — just rich, earthy, complex coffee that wraps around you and doesn't let go.

I drink this one hot in the morning, iced in the afternoon, and honestly everything in between. It transitions effortlessly and never disappoints. Smooth enough for an everyday cup, complex enough to be your calm afternoon sipper when you just need a moment.

This is the one I order for myself by the pound. Not a sample. A full pound. Every time.

If you try one coffee from Willow Creek, let it be this one."
