Why Single Origin?

Every coffee has a provenance — a specific farm, altitude, and harvest season that shapes its character in the cup. Single-origin coffees let that story speak without interruption. No blending, no masking. Just the honest expression of a place.

We assembled this sample pack to give you a guided tour: six distinct origins, each selected for traceability, flavor complexity, and the relationships we've built with the farmers who grow them. It's the best introduction to specialty coffee we know how to offer.

Each 1.5 oz sample is enough for two to three cups — enough to understand a coffee, not just taste it.

How to Brew

Get the Most from Every Sample

We recommend pour-over for these samples — it's the clearest window into a coffee's character. Use water just off the boil (200°F), a medium-fine grind, and a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. Brew slowly. Pay attention.
