Single-origin coffee comes from one specific country, region, or farm — not a blend of multiple sources. That traceability matters because it means the flavor in your cup is a direct expression of the soil, altitude, climate, and care that went into growing those beans.
An Ethiopian coffee tastes nothing like a Sumatran. A Kenyan is worlds apart from a Brazilian. Each origin has a personality, and single-origin coffees let that personality speak without interruption.
