Brewing Guide

Water Temperature: 160-175°F (70-80°C) | Amount: 1-2 tsp per 8 oz water | Preparation: Sift matcha into bowl, add hot water, whisk vigorously in a 'W' motion until frothy. Traditional preparation: 1 tsp for usucha (thin tea), 2 tsp for koicha (thick tea). Also perfect for matcha lattes, smoothies, and baking.

1 tsp matcha • 6–8 oz hot water
