Toasted marshmallow, rich chocolate, and bold coffee over ice — this iced s'mores latte brings campfire flavor into your glass in five easy minutes.

Marshmallow-based flavors are one of the fastest-rising coffee trends, and this drink is exactly why. It's nostalgic, indulgent, and surprisingly easy to pull off at home. Our S'mores Coffee delivers that chocolate-marshmallow depth right in the brew. Top it with a toasted marshmallow cream for the full campfire experience — no fire pit required.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup brewed Willow Creek S'mores Coffee (strong brew)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Handful of ice
  • 2–3 marshmallows (for toasting, optional but highly recommended)
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed (for garnish)

How to Make It

  1. Toast your marshmallows with a kitchen torch or under the broiler until golden and caramelized.
  2. Drizzle chocolate sauce along the inside of a tall glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Brew your S'mores Coffee strong and pour over the ice.
  5. Add your milk, then top with the toasted marshmallows and crushed graham cracker. Serve immediately.

Pro tip: Blend the toasted marshmallows with a splash of cream using a handheld frother to make a toasted marshmallow cold foam — it's next level and takes about 30 seconds.
