What an amazing cup of coffee

What an amazing cup of coffee. It is like desert in a cup. Delicate sweetness with a warm bold satisfying flavor. One of my favorites. I absolutely love it!

— Elizabeth, Founder & Chief Taster. Not What I Expected — In the Best Way

I'll be honest — I wasn't sure what to expect when I brewed this one for the first time. My first sip? Smooth and delicious. My second? Oh wow. This is not what I was expecting at all.

It's incredibly light with zero bitter aftertaste — and yet the flavor is bold and complex. Brewed it pour over, which I think really let the citrus and berry notes shine. If you love mild coffee that's absolutely packed with flavor, this is your cup.

This one is going into my personal rotation. That says everything.
