Rich, buttery caramel meets bold coffee over ice — and it takes about five minutes to make at home.
This iced caramel latte is the kind of drink that makes you skip the coffee shop line. Smooth, sweet, and endlessly satisfying, it starts with our Caramel Coffee — already infused with rich caramel flavor — so you get that café taste without the syrup pumps. Love an iced caramel macchiato? Try layering the milk first, then pouring the coffee slowly over the top for that signature look.
What You'll Need
1 cup brewed Willow Creek Caramel Coffee (strong brew or double strength)
¾ cup milk of choice (oat milk works beautifully)
2 tbsp caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzle
Handful of ice
Optional: whipped cream, cold foam, or salted caramel cold foam
How to Make It
Brew your Caramel Coffee strong — use a 1:12 ratio or brew a double shot if you have an espresso maker.
Let it cool for a few minutes, or pour over ice immediately for a faster chill.
Fill a tall glass with ice and drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of the glass.
Pour the coffee over the ice, then add your milk slowly.
Top with whipped cream or cold foam and an extra caramel drizzle. Serve immediately.
Pro tip: Freeze leftover brewed coffee into ice cubes so your latte never gets watered down. For a salted caramel cold foam version, whip heavy cream with a pinch of sea salt and a drizzle of caramel until thick and spoonable.
