Caramel, chocolate, and pecan — the classic turtle combination — layered over ice in one indulgent, deeply satisfying latte.

The turtle flavor profile is a beloved American classic, and it translates into one of the most impressive iced lattes you can make at home. Our Turtle Coffee brings all three flavors — caramel, chocolate, and pecan — into the brew itself. Dress it up with ribbons of caramel and chocolate sauce and a handful of pecan pieces for a drink that looks as good as it tastes. Also delicious served as an iced caramel pecan mocha — just add a splash of chocolate milk.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup brewed Willow Creek Turtle Coffee (strong brew)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Handful of ice
  • Optional: whipped cream, crushed pecans, extra caramel and chocolate drizzle

How to Make It

  1. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce alternately down the inside of a tall glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Brew your Turtle Coffee strong and pour over the ice.
  4. Add your milk slowly.
  5. Top with whipped cream, crushed pecans, and an extra drizzle of both sauces. Serve immediately.

Pro tip: For an iced caramel pecan mocha, swap regular milk for chocolate milk and add a small handful of finely chopped pecans directly into the drink before stirring. Rich, nutty, and completely over the top in the best way.
