Warm pecan, buttery caramel, and bold coffee over ice — this iced pecan pie latte is a niche flavor with a seriously loyal following.
Pecan-based dessert lattes are one of the fastest-rising coffee trends, driven by the nostalgic comfort of butter pecan ice cream and pecan pie. Our Pecan Pie Coffee captures that warm, nutty sweetness in every cup. Serve it as a classic iced latte or go full butter pecan style with a caramel drizzle and crushed pecans on top — it's a showstopper either way.
What You'll Need
1 cup brewed Willow Creek Pecan Pie Coffee (strong brew)
¾ cup milk of choice (oat milk adds a natural sweetness that works beautifully here)
1 tbsp caramel sauce
Handful of ice
Optional: whipped cream, crushed pecans, extra caramel drizzle
How to Make It
Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of a tall glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Brew your Pecan Pie Coffee strong and pour over the ice.
Add your milk slowly.
Top with whipped cream, crushed pecans, and an extra caramel drizzle. Serve immediately.
Pro tip: For a pecan cream cold foam, blend ¼ cup heavy cream with a teaspoon of caramel sauce and a pinch of cinnamon until thick — then spoon it over the top. It's the butter pecan latte upgrade you didn't know you needed.
