1. Mexican Chocolate Mocha
What You'll Need:
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong-brewed Mexican Chocolate coffee
- 1 cup steamed milk
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate sauce
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon syrup
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Cinnamon whipped cream
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
- Dark chocolate shavings
Method:
Combine dark chocolate sauce, cinnamon syrup, and a small pinch of cayenne pepper in your mug. Add freshly brewed espresso or coffee and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated. Pour in steamed milk, creating a smooth, velvety texture. Top with cinnamon-spiced whipped cream (whip cream with a dash of cinnamon). Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dark chocolate shavings. What You'll Need:

Method:
