1. Peppermint Mocha
What You'll Need:
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong-brewed Mint coffee
- 1 cup steamed milk
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate sauce
- 2 tablespoons peppermint syrup
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Chocolate drizzle
Method:
Combine dark chocolate sauce and peppermint syrup in your mug. Add freshly brewed espresso or coffee and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Pour in steamed milk, creating a rich, velvety texture. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate sauce. Garnish with crushed peppermint candies and fresh mint leaves. 2. Iced Mint Latte

- Ice
- 3/4 cup milk

Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice. Mix cooled Mint coffee with milk and mint syrup, then pour over ice. For the mint cold foam, blend cold milk with a small amount of mint syrup until frothy and thick. Pour the mint cold foam over the iced latte, creating a beautiful layered effect. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips if desired. Method:
Add mint syrup and chocolate sauce to your cappuccino cup. Brew fresh espresso or coffee directly over the syrups and stir until combined.
