Sourced from small agricultural cooperatives in Papua New Guinea's Chimbu Province, where volcanic soil and ideal growing conditions create distinctive, sweet coffees. These cooperatives work together to maintain high quality standards while supporting their communities. The fully washed processing preserves the clean, sweet flavors with subtle volcanic complexity. Roasted fresh in small batches.

This coffee was not what I expected. It has a citrus note that surprised me. I found it to be a very light flavored coffee for a medium roast. Quite good indeed.
